Inno Hub (MY) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “Innovative Hub”, “Our”, “Us” or “We”) respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains who we are, how we collect, share and use personal information about you and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

What Does Innovative Hub Do?

Innovative Hub (https://www.innovativehub.com.my/) is a Digital Marketing agency, a registered business under the Companies Act 2016 in Malaysia (Reg. No. 1409549-W). We offered digital marketing services, ranging from search engine optimization, e-commerce management (Alibaba, Lazada, etc.), website design & development, digital advertising & social media management-related services (hereinafter referred to as ‘Service’). What Data We Collect & Why We Collect It

We collect information about visitors to our Sites. Such information is collected about you, including personal information, from the following sources:

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact Forms

If you leave us any message through the contact forms on our Site, we will use the information you provided, including but not limited to your name, email, contact number, company, and website, to provide the Service. This will allow us to use the information provided in the contact forms to further contact you to provide the relevant Service.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, in the limited circumstances where this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
