JOB DESCRIPTION
- To attend exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
- To provide technical support both during and after the selling process.
- Growth and sales targets must be met by successfully managing the sales team.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasted sales as specified in the timeline.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying up to date on new products and competition.
- To create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.
- Perform daily job duties such as making telemarketing calls, setting appointments, pitching sales presentations, following up
with clients, and entering data for daily activity updates. - To develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
- To work as part of a dynamic team to increase the organization’s market share by entering new markets that may contribute to
revenue, sustainability, and profitability goals. - Collaborate with interdepartmental teams and consult with people at all levels to ensure that clients’ expectations and
objectives
are met
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONALITY
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Master Degree, any field. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those with experience would be advantage.
SKILL REQUIRED
- Able to communicate proficiently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin dialect would be an additional advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is confident in presentation.
